Step behind the scenes with our VIP Animal Experience, where you’ll have your own personal tour guide and access to animal areas most guests never get to go in. You’ll step inside select enclosures and get closer than you've ever been to many different incredible animal species!
This exclusive, small-group experience gives you rare access, personal interaction, and behind-the-scenes encounters that make you feel like part of the animal care team—not just a visitor.

What do I get to do?
Our VIP Animal Experience includes everything in the standard experience but with exclusive behind-the-scenes access most guests never receive. VIP guests will enter select enclosures with a personal guide, including stepping into an exclusive private area of our giraffe pen for a hands-on experience, going inside with our spider monkeys and ruffed lemurs, and visiting our New Guinea singing dogs in their enclosure.
You’ll also be taken into special areas like our sloth and anteater house to help with feeding, as well as inside our prairie dog habitat. These additional up-close encounters and restricted areas make the VIP experience a much more immersive, hands-on opportunity to connect with the animals in ways the standard tour simply can’t offer. This behind-the-scenes opportunity allows you to connect with amazing animals while learning about their care from the people who work with them every day.
This tour can take 2-3 hours.

This VIP animal encounter experience is reservations only! you must call/text us to book this and we will set up a time with you! This is a very up close and personal encounter experience and the price is $300 per person with a $450 minimum . we allow up to 7 people in your group.
